In a money making scheme that just sounds crazy. Marlon Jackson wants to transform a historic slave port in Nigeria into a museum, and resort.

 “This will be an adventurous ride giving you an historical overview of African music. From hologram images, concert footage, a state of the art recording facility, to robotic figures displaying the rhythmic beats from 300 years ago where music began leading up to the biggest African group in the world, The Jackson Five,” says literature from the investment group behind the plan, called The Motherland Group (TMG).

Of course the local Nigerians dont see it as a positive endeavor.

    “This plan is morally reprehensible, it’s like dancing on the graves of dead people and telling them you’re honouring them,” C Don Adinuba, a writer and PR consultant, told the BBC.

What the hell Marlon!!! Trying to make money off dead slaves.  Nice try to make it seem like you are paying homage to them when you really just found a scheme that can put money in your pockets.  You probably the one behind auctioning Michaels glove.

TMZ.com reported that Chris is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon.  No one really knows what the weapon is (I am hearing its a glass).

 

Rihanna is the named alleged victim in the Chris Brown case and the allegation is that she was assaulted with a deadly weapon. Law enforcement sources tell us the crime report calls the incident assault with a deadly weapon — we do not yet know the nature of the weapon. The crime report gives the victim’s name as Robyn Fenty — that’s Rihanna’s real name.

So basically no one but Chris and Rhianna know what the hell happened.  We have also heard that Chris had bite marks and scratches on his body.  That no one seems to want to talk about.  And also it has been reported that they were in a limo that they were in his lambo that they were riding a two seated bike when the assault went down. 

According to MTV.com:

According to the LAPD, the 19-year-old R&B singer and an unidentified woman were in a vehicle in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles early Sunday when they began arguing. Police said the “woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker.” Officers said Brown was not present at the scene when they arrived.

In light of the alleged domestic-violence incident, a 2007 interview Brown did withGiant magazine, in which he said his mother had been physically abused by his stepfather, has resurfaced. “He used to hit my mom,” the singer told the magazine. “He made me terrified all the time, terrified like I had to pee on myself. I remember one night he made her nose bleed. I was crying and thinking, ‘I’m just gonna go crazy on him one day.’ … I hate him to this day.”

Brown also told the magazine he studied martial arts to defend himself and that after a fight with classmates in which he used his skills, he begged his mother not to go to the police. “Don’t go to no cops pressing no charges,” he reportedly told her. “Like, we don’t do that in the ‘hood.”

This whole relationship that was a publicity stunt that I believe was about to end anyway and Rhianna and/or her handlers have a little history of doing things to keep a buzz going around her.  From her manager making a relationship between her and Jay-Z to Teairra Marie getting the boot from their label.

Lesson Rhianna always comes out on top.

Erykah Badu gave birth to a healthy baby girl Sunday night, and the child’s father, rapper and producer Jay Electronica, kept everyone updated on the process through Twitter. 

“My first child, my daughter, was born at 1:30 p.m. exactly,” Electronica wrote. “It’s the happiest day of my life.” Badu was in labor for five hours, and had a natural delivery at home with no painkillers. 

“Getting closer. She says she feels like she’s ready to push,” Electronica updated. “I see the head. Full of hair.” 

“I can’t believe it’s over,” Badu wrote. Badu said the baby’s name is “Twitty Milk.”

Congrats to Erykah but Twitty Milk?  Twitty Milk?  For real.  I hope she grow up to be fine and talented as hell cause that name can scar her for life lol.

Ok this 50 cent Rick Ross beef has lasted 1 day too long. But now 50 cent has promised to make Rick Ross his whooping boy until Rick Ross career is over.

Ok it gets worse cause 50 then brings in Rick Ross baby mother Tia.  And she talks about how phony Ross is.  Saying he is really broke all his jewelry is rented everything he says in raps are lies (editors note: uh thats damn near every rapper….don’t believe what you hear in lyrics or see on cribs).  Check out this video.
